COCONUT SUGAR

Coconut sugar (also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar, coco sap sugar or coconut blossom sugar) is a palm sugar produced from the sap of the flower bud stem of the coconut palm.

In Indonesian cuisine coconut sugar is called gula jawa (Javanese sugar) or gula merah (red sugar), while gula aren refers to palm sugar specifically made from aren palm. Some Indonesian foodstuffs are made with coconut sugar, including kecap manis (a sweet soya sauce) and dendeng (a zmeat preparation)

Black sticky rice — Usually sold labelled as “glutinous rice”, this is a black rice that becomes sticky when cooked and creates a creamy sauce from the starch. Tastes nutty. In Indonesian cuisine black sticky rice used in several food and beverage product like, pudding, ice cream, sandwich, etc.

The candlenut fruit is a drupe about 4-6 cm (1.6-2.4 in) in diameter with e or two lobes each lobe has Ingle soft, white, oily, kernel contained within a hard shell which is about 2 cm (0.79 in) in diameter. Both the nut and the oil that can be extracted from it are used. While mildly toxic when raw, the nut is appreciated in many cultures once cooked or toasted. In Indonesian and Malaysian cuisine, it is commonly used in curries, and on the Indonesian island of Java, it is used to make a thick sauce that is eaten with vegetables and rice
